Ah for this video we’re gonna do a Charger showdown I got a new charger Right here then I go in there tool right Here and I have the real be super Charger I also have one more charger Wait where’s the whole Chargers that Came with the original kit put it to the Test They’re all currently charging the Smaller batteries and my breaker can Hold it all four Chargers are pulling Right around 200 200 watts All right now it’s time for the charger Smackdown showdown or comparison of all The Rio B battery chargers this one Right here is one of the oldest battery Chargers this one comes with a kit this Is a new one I just got haven’t really Used it and then over here we have the Super charger which is well as you’ll See isn’t really much of a super charger Down here we have four batteries there The 18 volt 4 amp power batteries these Are have all been drained but just to Make sure All right know that we’ve done that all Right so what I will do now is unplug The cord these Polish drivers so that They start at the exact same time all Right now they’re on and it is 11 11 and They’re all blinking green right away [Music] All right it’s been almost an hour and They’re still charged by using this
Thing right here I’m able to see how Many watts each charger pulse and from Previous tests that I have done this Charger and this charger pulled the Exact same wattage Also if you take a look right here You see that it’s on its final bar if we Look on the back of this one you’ll see That that one is on its final bar and You’ll see this one’s on its final bar No it’s not almost charged that one’s Almost charged that one’s almost charged This one on the other hand happens to be Slower than the rest but all three of These seem to be pretty equal So really doesn’t really have a fast Charger their batteries take a long time To charge this is probably one of the Biggest downfalls of them now if you Know anything about the Rio B batteries You know that they use some pretty old Cells they’re not using the newest the Greatest technology I believe it’s about Time for them to introduce a new battery For their system you know that will Still work with the all the same tools And everything but just using some newer Cells that’s what I am I’m waiting for I Hope that happens soon that would be Great Are we inside of these batteries are These cells if you look at the spec Sheet I believe if they were does not Designed or if you look at the spec
Sheet I believe they were designed or Manufactured right around 2011 so Definitely not the latest and newest Technology also while we’re waiting I Believe that how this one says 30-minute Charger they’re referring to this Battery right here Well the 2.0 right there means two Milliamp hours per cell Each cell looks like this right here That’s a 13 Q 8 6 5 0 13 Q that is what Is in this battery right here this one Is a 1.5 r15 these are 20s oh we just Saw it right here this one came to life First not much faster I don’t think but It’s 1231 so if we started our test and 11 11 and 12 31 that’s 1 hour and 20 Minutes it took the charts it’s a Completion so even though I don’t think There’s much difference between these I Believe that we’ll see these ones turn Solid green here pretty soon But to my surprise this one actually Beat All of them so that’s my newest charger It beat it by a little bit it’s a 1 hour And 20 minutes to charge this battery Completely well 44 Well yes I have the two right here so Where’s a good place to put this one Right here that is the second best Charger so I mean if we really want to Be honest I think we can confidently say That the next one that will be
