Freezing Image Problem In Half of the Screen | Flickering Image Walton LED TV M238HVNO1.0 AUO Panel

Dear viewers and all my esteemed subscribers I am M.A. Mustafa Welcome back to ORNATE PEEXELS First i am turning on the 
tv to show you the problems look here the picture on the top of 
the screen is fairly good But the picture below is 
getting frozen for a few seconds So stay with me for two minutes 
without skipping the video then i hope i can explain to you how to solve it This is the number of this panel There is no COF on the side of this panel Data for gate COF and bias voltage are provided by these jumpers from the logic level shifter circuit and remember this side works for the lower part of this panel and this side works for the upper part so we have to work on this side okay so look carefully now this is the test point of VSTB here is minus nine volts okay ODD Flip flop voltage 26 volts with -9 volts okay next EVEN voltage minus 9 volts with 26 volts dear friends the supply 
voltages is okay on this side but the supply voltages of ODD and EVEN has to be disconnected due 
to partial damage to the COF so let’s disconnect two jumpers from here okay now try to understand when minus 9 volts was coming to ODD point and at the same time 26 volt 
was coming to EVEN point at that moment the picture on the 
screen was coming to a good position so you have to supply minus 9 volts here and 26 volts here dear friends here comes some control 
current from the logic level shift circuit so here we can use two 
resistor on the Vero Board okay 1 kilo ohms for VGH and 220 ohms for VGL okay look at the wiring now connect the resistor to the EVEN test point then connect this terminal of the resistor to VGH now connect the 220 ohms 
resistor to the ODD test point and connect this terminal of the resistor to the VGL if you have trouble understanding
